When I asked the help desk for a solution to this, I was told the iMac doesn’t support multiple page printing (not true) and that I should print parts of the tree separately then stick them together. However big the tree, all the info is compressed into one A4 page. After adding only two generations it is already impossible to print out.

Pity I paid full price, missed their Christmas Special. Too risky to spend so much time only to lose everything. I should have taken notice of other reviews and given it a big miss. Many hours of research wasted, soooo frustrating.
After several more tries the program locked me out. On subsequent visits to the site it kept stating I had the wrong login or password. Went onto their site to try and restore my family tree, no luck. But it did manage to delete my family tree.
